Peacefully in hospital, aged 90 years, of Pen Y Maes Rd, Holywell.
Beloved wife of Charles, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Alan & Debbie, Wayne, Karen & Phil. Treasured nana of all her grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Funeral Service will be held at Holywell Evangelical Church on Friday 25th April at 11am, followed by interment at Holywell Town Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but donations in Hazel's memory will be gratefully received for the British Heart Foundation.
